Friday Night Club update

We met on the 9th March when 7 Children excitedly came together to share and think about Easter. Those who wished to, began the session by completing a colouring page of the story of Easter week, others drew pictures that we shared with each other. We used the pictures to tell the story of Easter and then watched a video of Easter, followed by questions and some discussion.

Then came the activities, the decorating of biscuits with a sad face which when we turned upside down became a happy face. We made flower placemats for Mothers along with Cards and an advent cross, it was over all too quickly and parents were arriving while we were still making!

The evening ended with a prayer and the taking home of their goodies for their families.
