All Blaby Churches Holiday Club 2018

This year the All Blaby Churches Holiday Club was hosted at our Church. 18 Children attended the Holiday Club which was held from the 30th July to the 3rd August. Running from 9:30-12:00, apart from Thursday 2nd August which was a full day as we visited Conkers!

Our theme was Team-Building focusing on the stories of Joseph, Esther and the Disciples bringing good news to the World and overcoming challenges.

The Children enjoyed a wide range of activities including Cooking Gingerbread Josephs, Cheese Sceptre's and making Trinket's, Kites, and collages including Hand painting.

We were also joined by Henry the Skipper who ran some superb skipping sessions with all the Children, some of the helpers even joined in!

Our trip to Conkers was a great day out! We went on the train, barefoot walk, play area and more! The day was thoroughly enjoyed by all with many of the Children asking to come back to next year's Holiday Club!

We worked with Jane who is the new Church of England Minister at Blaby All Saints with support from Churches together.

The Holiday Club was thoroughly enjoyed by all and the feedback has been very positive.

Next year's All Blaby Churhces Holiday Club will be from the 29th July to the 2nd August 2019. More details will be available in the new year.
