Remembrance in Blaby 2020

The Remembrance parade and service at the Blaby War Memorial is not taking place during 2020, however Churches Together In Blaby and the Remembrance Committee which includes representation from Blaby Scouts have put together a service of Remembrance for you to follow at home.

The short (20 minutes) service of Remembrance includes the traditional readings and hymns as well as the Last Post and Reveille played for the silence. All the names on the Blaby War Memorial are read aloud just as they would have been at the live service and can be viewed on YouTube here

Everyone is also encouraged to take part in the two minutes silence at 11am on Sunday 8th November.
