Friday Night Club
The Friday Night Club group met on Friday 19th November and we looked at the story of Jairus’ daughter as we focused on children (it being Children in Need Day).
We coloured in pictures of Pudsey, dressed the body and decorated biscuits with a happy smiling face as well as doing some of Joe Wick’s exercises.
We then had dinner of fishfingers, waffles and beans followed by mini rolls.
After dinner we looked at the story of the birth of Jesus and decorated pop-up Christmas cards.
All 13 children enjoyed their afternoon and we hope to welcome them to our Christingle service at 3.30pm on Sunday 12th December or our Nativity service at 10 am on Sunday 19th December so that we can share in the Nativity story and singing carols.
